How do I get started? +

Download Tap2 from the App Store or Google Play. Create your account with Face ID — no passwords needed. Then complete business verification to start accepting payments.

What devices are supported? +

iPhone running iOS 16 or later with Tap to Pay support, and Android devices with NFC capability.

How do I link my bank account? +

Go to the Wallet tab, tap Add, and enter your routing and account numbers. We'll verify your account with two small deposits.

How do I issue a refund? +

Open the transaction from the Transactions tab, tap Issue Refund, and enter the amount. Full and partial refunds are supported.

How do I upgrade to Pro? +

Go to Account, tap your current plan, and tap Upgrade to Pro. The subscription is billed monthly through the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Tap2, and tap Cancel.
